Returns & Warranty Policy

At Isle & Stone, we want you to feel completely confident in every piece you wear. Our jewelry is made to last, and our goal is to make your experience effortless from the moment you order to the moment you fall in love with your new piece.

Returns & Exchanges

We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify, items must be in their original packaging and in good condition. Lightly worn bracelets and necklaces are eligible for return, as we understand you may need to see how a piece feels before deciding.

For hygiene and safety reasons, all earrings are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

If you wish to return an item:

  1.  Please contact our team at returns@isleandstone.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Once your return is approved, we’ll send you instructions and a return address.
  3. You are welcome to ship with your preferred carrier; we recommend using a trackable service.
  4. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after your return is received and inspected. You may also choose store credit or an exchange if you prefer.

365-Day Warranty

We stand behind the quality of every piece we create. All Isle & Stone jewelry is protected by our 365-day warranty, covering any manufacturing or material defects, including:

  • Color changes or fading not caused by misuse or harsh chemicals
  • Broken clasps or faulty closures
  • Issues related to craftsmanship

Our warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear (light surface scratches, stretching, etc.)
  • Damage caused by improper use or exposure to harsh conditions (chemicals, perfume, extreme impact)
  • Lost or stolen items

If you experience an issue within 365 days of your purchase, please contact us at [insert email] with your order number and a brief description (photos help!). We’ll repair, replace, or issue store credit depending on the nature of the issue.
